Query within results
Once you have performed a query and returned a list of results, you can narrow your
results by performing another query only upon the current result set. This is best
used when you have a very large set of results. To perform a query within results:
- Select Query > Query Within Current Results from the menu. The default
query window will display (this should be the same type of query you used to create
the current set of results).
- Type in your new query. Obviously, do not use the same words or phrases as you used
to generate the initial result list.
- Click OK. The results list will display as normal, and can be viewed, edited
or worked with like any set of results.
